Drainage Cell
Overview
Drainage cell functions as subsurface drainage and waterproof membrane protection. It provides effective drainage which reduces the pooling of water by delivering ideal flow conditions. Drain cell’s open surface design and high internal void space allows high infiltration, enabling excess water to drain out efficiently, compared to conventional gravel systems.
Drainage cell has high compressive strength and is lightweight, which significantly reduces weight on underlying structure over gravel. It creates an air column that ventilates wall surface, other than establishing a thermal insulation barrier. Manufactured from Polypropylene (PP), it is immune to soil-borne bacteria and chemical, making it biologically and chemically resistant.
